Oklahoma State County Extension Educators in Northwest Oklahoma participated in a Train the Trainer Inservice to learn about range management and how to utilize the Rangeland Analysis Platform to serve landowners in the counties they serve. The training offered hands-on practice with the RAP to evaluate properties for woody encroachment and carrying capacity. The training also informed county educators about local rangeland restoration programs available to Oklahoma landowners. Educators also rounded out the training with range tour to showcase the impacts of fire on native plant communities.
